Scotland – Pharmacy Regulation Changes

In December 2021 the Scottish Ministers implemented changes to the National Health Service (Pharmaceutical Services) (Scotland) Regulations 2009. The changes recognise that premises that are not NHS pharmacies may be used as both collection points for patients to drop off prescriptions and also for patients to collect dispensed medicines. 2022 to be another busy year

There seems to be an established pattern at Rushport now. December is quiet for new instructions but busy finishing off work we are already engaged on. Then January is a time for New Year resolutions when people take some time to think about what they want to achieve over the next year or longer. Then
