Relocate an NHS Pharmacy to Medical Centre
We are pleased to have secured permission for the relocation of a pharmacy in Tonbridge to a new medical centre being developed by Assura. Rushport acted for both the developer and the pharmacy contractor in this project.
Contractors Have Longer to Open New Pharmacies
If you had a relocation or new contract approved, but ran out of time to open it then these new Regulations will provide more time for you to open.

Relocation Application Ruled to be Invalid
We have successfully argued on behalf of a client that a relocation application was not a valid application and should be dismissed. The application had already been approved by NHS England despite our highlighting the issue of the validity at an early stage in the process and it took an oral hearing to have the application finally ruled to be invlaid.
